—  AES SPREAD IN OTHER DISTRICTS TOO

—  After massive destruction in MUZAFFARPUR, AES has spreaded to BHAGALPUR, BEGUSARAI, BETIA, VAISHALI and SAMASTIPUR.
—  Due to the AES, the village (Harivanshpur) has started migrating to other place.
—  Meanwhile, KEJRIWAL GOVERNMENT has extended helping hands to combat the disease AES.

—  PIPA BRIDGE WILL BE CLOSED FROM 21 JUNE

—  The PIPA BRIDGE which runs parallel to MAHATMA GANDHI SETU BRIDGE will be closed from 21 June.
—  Because of rising level of water in Ganga, such decision has been taken.

—  KCC LOANS TO FISHERY, DAIRY AND POULTRY

—  As per recent report, the fact has come in picture that banks in our state are more interested in depositing money and not granting the loans. Due to this the CD RATIO & ACP (ANNUAL CREDIT PLAN) has come down with respect to 2017 – 18.
—  To discuss these things, state first STATEE LEVEL BANKERS COMMITTEE meeting was organized.
—  In this 1.45 lakh crores rupees will be granted as loan.
—  Deputy Minister SUSHIL MODI told that loans to those involved in fishery, dairy and poultry will be granted through KISAN CREDIT CARD. Only 2.19 lakh KISAN  CREDIT CARD was issued in place 10 lakh target.
—  DISTRICTS WITH LESS LOAN GRANTS: MADHUBANI, GOPALGANJ, KATIHAR, SHIVHAR, BANKA, SUPAUL, MADHEPURA, JAHANABAD AND SIWAAN.
—  Other directives
  1. Increase number of ATMs in village; increase number of banking correspondents
  2. Granting the loans online; 160  village centre should have banking outlet


—  WORK PLAN FOR COMBATING FLOOD AND DROUGHT HAS BEEN ASKED

—  Bihar is a state in which northern part gets affected by flood and southern part gets affected by drought.
—  To address these problems, work plan has been asked to be submitted.
—  To solve water distress micro and small irrigation, irrigation canal, water management and water harvesting have been suggested.
—  To solve flood problem, construction of cross dams, repair and maintenance of bridges, creating water exit path in waterlogging area before time have been suggested.

—  BLACKSMITH TO BE CATEGORISED UNDER ST IN STATE

—  Blacksmiths will be considered as ST in state.
—  Earlier they were considered OTHER BACKWARD CASTE.

—  PROJECT WITH RS.30 CRORES ABOVE WILL BE SPECIALLY OVERLOOKED

—  Building Construction Department has announced that it will finish all the projects taken by it. Also it will look after big projects having budget above Rs.30 crores.
—  This decision has been taken to reduce the unwanted expenditure on projects.

—  FIVE DISTRICTS TO HAVE ROADS REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE

—  Roads of MUZAFFARPUR, BHAGALPUR, BHABHUA, DARBHANGA & PURNIA has been ordered to repair.
—  Rs.141 crores have been granted for this purpose.

—  PRICE OF LAPTOP IS BEING CONSIDERED( STUDENT CREDIT CARD SCHEME)

—  STUDENT CREDIT CARD SCHEME  is a scheme in which  loans are granted for technical education. In this laptops for technical education are available on loans.
—  For this the price of laptop is to be considered.
