          A PAINTING EXHIBITION ORGANISED IN THE CITY

      A painting exhibition, THE LAST LEAF was organized in Boring Road recently.
      The theme for exhibition was THE HOPE OF REINCARNATION.

         55% OF CHILD LABOUR IN BIHAR

    —   Recently state government claimed that it has successfully eradicated child labour from Patna after implementing new provisions and schemes in 2016.
          Child Labour eradication will be done in collaboration with different agencies including UNICEF.
          The Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 2016 states that children employment below 14 under any condition and employment of adolescents(16-18) in hazardous conditions is prohibited. And if this act is violated, it can lead imprisonment from six months up to two years with fine of Rs.20000- 50000.

3                           EARTH ANTHEM PREMIERED IN EUROPE
         ABHAY KUMAR, India’s ambassador to Madagascar, penned EARTH ANTHEM which was performed in Europe for the first time on June 7.
    —  It was penned by EARTH ANTHEM in 2008 in St. Petersburg, Russia.

4                          FOUNDATION FOR 500 BED HOSPITAL AT IGIMS
  • Nitish Kumar laid foundation for 500 bed hospital building at Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences(IGIMS).
  • Also he said IGIMS would have 2500 beds in the next three years.
