—  In wake of pollution in Patna and other cities(Gaya, Bhagalpur, Muzaffarpur) of Bihar, State government has banned cutting down of trees.

—  Although weather department had warned about extreme heat this summer,  health department had not came up with heat stroke ward in government hospitals.
—  Patients are treated in general wards.
—  In order to tackle heat stroke cases, now in every hospital heat stroke ward will be set up.
—  What is heat stroke ward?
  1. This type of ward has generally 15-20 beds.
  2. Temperature is set within 18-20 degree Celsius.
  3. Water cooler is also set.
  4. The casualties suffering with heat stroke or loo are treated within it.
